Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your wall art arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us at natasha@mybutterflyenergy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Since all products are made to order through our print-on-demand service, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not defective or damaged. This includes instances of buyer’s remorse or incorrect order details provided by the customer.
How to Report an Issue
- Reporting Timeframe: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report the issue to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Required Information: To process your request quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving your report, we will work with our fulfillment partner, Gelato, to review the issue. You may be asked to provide additional details or photos to help us assess the situation.
- Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. However, if you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- If an item is returned due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
